Dr. Duncan's ministry experiences include serving as a local church Pastor, Pastoral Counselor, Medical Center Administrator, and Higher Education Faculty & Administrator.

Rob served as Core Faculty & Special Advisor in the Doctor of Ministry Program at Drew Theological School from 1999-2017.


He then served as President and Professor of Religion at Bacone College from 2002-2013.


Rob is a retired United Methodist Clergy and a Clergy Member of the American Baptist Churches USA & Presbyterian Church USA.


He is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, Board Certified Master Life Coach, and Board Certified Crisis Response Chaplain.

In 2009 Rob received the Drs. Richard & Phyllis Arno Tenperamnet Award from the National Christian Counselors Association.

He currently serves as the Executive Director of Temperament Life Coaching at Sarasota Academy and is a Clinical Supervisor for the National Christian Counselors Association.

Rob has been a regular speaker at national conferences including the North Central Association Higher Learning Commission, National Christian Counselors Association Annual Conference, ACI Accrediting Commission, and The Ministers Council of the ABC-USA.

He is the founder of Northwind Institute | Seminary offering online theological education. Rob is currently serving as President and Professor of Leadership and Specialied Ministry.
